Shape + Sculpt: This concept brings gym weight lifting into the aerobics room. Easy to follow resistance program. Fully adjustable workload. Great for beginners.

ZUMBA: A fusion of Latin and international music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting effective fitness system. Great for beginners.

P90BEX- Advanced fitness program based on multidisciplinary training routine Including cardiovascular, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and core strength conditioning

Rock'n Spin: Taking spinning to another world with lights pumping you to the beat!

Core Stability: program focused on core stability, flexibility and conditioning. Great for beginners

Cardio Kick: a great cardio workout featuring shadow kickboxing moves. Improve cardio endurance, coordination, agility and flexibility!! Great for beginners!!

B-Ball: Cardiovascular and Strength training workout using the BALL!! Great for beginners.
