If you need an extra boost of motivation and some great upbeat music to get you going, these classes are definitely for you! ABS + Funky Abs: of 100% ABS!! Standing, seating or floor exercises to tone and strengthen your core muscles to improve posture. Great for beginners.

Shape + Sculpt: This concept brings gym weight lifting into the aerobics room. Easy to follow resistance program. Fully adjustable workload. Great for beginners.

ZUMBA: A fusion of Latin and international music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting effective fitness system. Great for beginners.

P90BEX- Advanced fitness program based on multidisciplinary training routine Including cardiovascular, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and core strength conditioning

Rock'n Spin: Taking spinning to another world with lights pumping you to the beat!

Core Stability: program focused on core stability, flexibility and conditioning. Great for beginners

Kick'n sculpt: a great cardio workout featuring shadow kickboxing moves along with strength training. Improve cardio endurance, coordination, agility and flexibility!! great for beginners.

Circuit Craze: with the description as follows: interval style trainign incorporating cario/core and strength for a total body workout.

Spinning; Great cardio and leg strength workout done on the spin bike.


SpinFit: a complete workout including the spin bike and wieghts for total body fitness.


Fit@ 50+: low impact cardio/core/strength workout for active seniors or for those wanting to develop a more active lifestyle. Excellent for those new to exercise.
